Mendoza Argentina, founded in 1561, is an important Argentinean city. It is a regional metropolis of the zone of Cuyo and has undergone an important commercial, industrial and cultural development.

It is also the center of tourism towards the Andean mountain range and Mount Aconcagua, the highest peak in the American continent. With its wide wooded streets, its gutters, its important well cared-for parks and squares, it is a city characterized by its spotless cleanliness.

It is a cosmopolitan center for it is an obliged passing for the flights between Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.

Located in downtown area of the city of Mendoza, on Andes foothills, the school is a pioneer and innovative institute with an intercultural and multilingual educational vision.

Intercultural Lenguas Extranjera, has programmed afternoon activities for students to practice what they have learned in lessons. During your attendance at Intercultural, there will be meetings and tours for students to practice their Spanish.

Students meet local people, watch and analyze Argentinian films, cook typical meals, learn how to dance tango and salsa, visit the city and get to know the customs, as well as region’s artistic production.

All activities are free as they are part of the Spanish courses offered. Occasionally students are asked to pay for transportation or tickets for museums or shows.

Teaching Spanish in Mendoza, Argentina to students is unique because of the different nationalities, age, interests and professions. Programs are developed according to special demands, so as to fulfill the needs of individuals or university groups, professionals or special interests groups.

Courses are directed by graduate teachers trained in Spanish teaching methods. The time and place of individual lessons is agreed upon depending on each student’s demands.
